San Javier airport

So far over 100 Roda owners of various nationalities have signed the online petition in support of San Javier airport, which we asked Resortalia to include in the weekly report.

This is good news, but the report is sent to around 1400 owners, take a look.

Just seen this. Why not have a generic eyeonspain petition so all those who use the airport can add their weight to the argument to keep San Javier open, regardless of their community.

Good idea Pumpkin, no idea how it could be done, I assume EOS management would have to take it on board.

I did previously post the link on Flights & Airports Thread on the Discussion Boards but saw little response.

I was rather hoping other Communities would take an interest.

I do believe it shows support for the local workers and local jobs that is why many Spanish are signing  as well as hoping San Javier will continue to operate for us owners.

I note elsewhere that Ciudad Real Airport received NO bids to operate it after 8 attempts, why on earth would Corvera be needed, when San Javier has spare capacity.
