hi have been in touch with our lawyer with regards to signing   his answer was that a meeting between ourself and developers will be the second week of may will let us have the date as soon as he is given it

i hope this is the light at end of tunnel  we are phase 4 block 2

I am new to the forum but would like to inform you that my solicitors spoke to Gerens 2 days ago. Gerens, who are a management company for construction, say that until they have appointed someone to complete the work they are unable to give a firm completion date for any of the unfinished blocks.
