Hi
I think we've all had the "manana" Spanish experience ?
It just seems that that's the way they live out there, opposed to the fast pace we live at in the UK ?
We instructed our Spanish lawyer years ago, and was told then that this was going to be a long process.
However, our personal experience is that our case went to the Alicante Court on 5th November 2014, where our lawyer Martin de la Herran of Abolex Abogados won our case !!
It is now April, and the courts have finally agreed to release our deposit which should be in our bank next week ?
PHEW...... I can't tell you what a relief that is ?
Furthermore, there have been appeals in the Supreme Court, by the Spanish banks, and these have apparently been rejected due to the Law 57/1968 which makes the banks responsible for the monies paid into their accounts.
So, the banks will also be responsible for the Interest and Fees !!
Good Luck
Barry & Sue
