good state school near sotogrande

Hello  Everyone

We are hoping to complete our purchase of an apartment in phase 2 at Arenal Golf within a month or so.

We intend to live in our apartment but would consider renting it out in the summer months.

Does anyone have any idea as to how much rent we we could expect for a  2 Bedroom  1 Bathroom  Corner  Apartment which is close to the School Swimming Pool and Hospital?.

Have any of the members rented out their apartments successfully? 

How much per week in Euros are the apartments worth on average and  does it pay for the mortgage?

Have a 2 bed 2 bath which we were proposing to rent on a long term basis and were offered 750euros pm plus bills. I was told this is typical for Arenal Golf. Obviously short lets will pay more but you have other costs such as cleaning etc. This does not cover all of the mortgage cost but most of the interest so our payments are reducing the capital which means we will have more left over when we sell.
