Hi folks, we have just been reading over some of the suggestions in relation to some of the possible rules that might be considered for our community. We feel that most of them are quite reasonable. However the suggestion that children under 14yrs must be accompanied at the pool is something that we are questioning. One of the reasons we bought a ground floor apt beside the pool was that we could sit at our apt and watch our 9yr old daughter play and swim at the pool ( she can swim) while on our holidays withount having to be beside her continously. Also the level of noise has been mention in this thread and this we feel shouldn't be to harsh as when kids play they do make some level of noise. This may sound like the first dissenting voices within the community, but we do agree with most of the rules suggested, we just appeal for a little common sense in regard to the rules, as our time out in our apt will be our holidays. But at the same time we do respect the full time residents opinions, as we will be depending on them during our absence that everything is okay within the complex.
Cheers
