When we were over there in May we met the lovely Carol and her husband Alex who are resident there since last year, anyway Carol said the pool will not be filled until August when all the building works are completed and the site is cleared, as the dirt and dust from the works would only clog the filters ( which are very expensive to repair/replace) .

The pool has been filled and chlorinated and the pumps are running,and the showers are working.But the gates are still locked,soon to be opened i have been informed.

Helder says the pool will officially open on Wednesday (27/6/07). Not sure how they will go about issuing us our keys, perhaps we will have to collect them when we are next out there. It looks great, I will post some photos later today.

Great news on the pool !!!, Hopefully we can get in for a swim....as long as Helder & Co get the keys to us all somehow, Bit of a bonus that as I hadn't really thought it would be ready for end June, flying over with my daughter on Thursday for the best part of a month........hopefully meet more of you when I'm over,

Pool looks great, the builders really are ahead of themselves! I must start blowing up those rubber arm bands now Ha Ha !

Hi All
Just back from recent visit, Balsicas looking good Weather terrific was informed they are expecting heatwave to last until October lovely for the rest of us still too complete.That should not be far away now the whole place looking near to completion pool has water thats a good sign.While there got tour of property that had even been cleaned, just awaiting Medsea to notify us dont know when that will be ?
Also toured some furniture suppliers and placed a few orders at least now i can say I have started to do something

Pool is filled but weve still not got keys. However local spanish lads have taken to coming over and climbing rails to take a dip. They've already been caught 3 times and Helder notified but not interested and told us to call the police (who do not work in evening when this is happening).

Hi All
Regarding the local’s jumping over rails to use the pool. It is Taray`s responsibility until the development is completed and the community has been set. It sounds like another nothing to do with me scenario.
Whoever is living on the development or has already informed Helder, I think they should go to head office or ring them and complain, its down to them to protect the development until its complete and handed over.
Im sure if these locals were pinching stuff from the development and Helder was informed he would do something about it!!
Sounds a load of Bollicks to me Or am I just being stupid ??
