We had some good news today.Parador have told us to come over in a months time and complete,(about bloody time) 4 months late

Thanks for info on solicitors.  Regarding your signing, not 100% sure but I would check your contract, Im sure we were told somewhere along the line that if its not ready by your contract date, and it had to run over by at least  3 months there is compensation, I think!

yeah we used Aldea through the advice of Parador and yes we didn't think they were any good at all it was money for old rope and since I have been back from Spain I have sent them many emails and they've not responded at all awful awful awful and awful parador
