Does anyone know yet how much the pool etc is going to cost us per year?

The cost or up keep of the pool and the other communal areas will be decided by the "Committee" which Taray have to set up with the owners of Torre Alcantara

Having spoken to several other people, on avarag depanding on the size of the development we could be looking at 15 euros a month each, again depending on quotes that the committee receieve, this hopfully will include the communal TV

Thanks for that, I suppose it will be sorted when the development is finished, which is probably soon now.

15Euros per month sounds pretty good, we actually though it might be more than that!

We'll just have to wait and see.
