Reposessions How long does it take?

Does anyone know if the elevator and communal zones are in good conditions at Block 8 ? I got a client who was delaying the signature of the property deed for the comun zones but do not know if he can continue doing this. If anyone knows, please send me a message.

I don't know about the elevator in Block 8, but there is a serious problem with the elevator in Portal 35 in Bloque 10.  It has been broken more often than working and although they've 'repaired' it twice in recent days, it still remains broken.  I've complained to Rosa at AEA on numerous occasions and have copied in Maria at Ros y Falcon.  First of all, I was told people had been using it to load heavy furniture but as far as I know, there are only 2 apartments occupied in that block and our furniture was moved in before the lift was in commission.  I'm now being told that the fault is being caused by the lift not being used enough!!!  Difficult to use something that's constantly broken!!!   Also, if it's broken with nobody using it, I'm really worried that someone will end up stuck in the lift at some odd hour.  If you hear an alarm going, please help!!!!!!  I'm now frightened to use it even if I do happen to find it working.  I've now asked for a new lift!!!!

We have an apartment in Block 8 and use Escalera 27. The communal zones here are now fine. The lights and the lift was working perfectly and it was clean and tidy.

I don't know what's gone wrong with ours then, it's not working again today and the communal areas were not cleaned when I was over last week.  Lets hope for improvement.

I should have clarified that the lifts were working when we were over early June. I dont know if they are still working but we are over at the end of the month so they better be!
