I don't know whether it will help, but when you go over there, pick up their original brochure (there were still lots in Carlos' office when we were there in June). In it it says:
."... La Hacienda is totally enclosed and has a permanent security guard on its single access gate, an emergency helicopter landing pad and a special agreement with the local private medical service."
So there is something in writing, although it is not in the actual contract.. It's up to your lawyer to decide whether this makes it a strong enough case. Mind you they also talk about the 'panaoramic views' which only a few of the appartments actually have.
