What is the situation if promised bank guarantees were not obtained?

Hi All,

is anyone considering putting in a pool and if so have they made any enquires about cost ect. I know there is not much ground, but we would really love to have the option to build one. We did mention it to our agent and he said not to mention it to Taray as it would cost us much more but to get it done private, giving us the impression it would be no problem. Do you need to get planning permission the way we do here. Our grandsons will be devestated if we dont have one. Hope someone has already enquired.

there is a pool being fitted now on an inner mid quad it looks good.

I want a pool fitted im looking at a 6x4 roughly and am willing to pay about 11000euros all in with shower pump lights etc.

mines and end corner plot so dig out should be easier  im talking to a company called vox pools at min.

Hi Iain,

Thanks for the info. We were told it would cost around 6,000 euros for a 10 to 12 ft. just dont know how much space we have. We will probably have to wait until we next go over and then measure the ground.

I am reading your info on the pool, and would like to know if you are on an inner walkway quad, or an outer quad with internal parking. As i would like to know if i would have room for a pool also.

You wont get a pool in the outer quads and only splash / small pools on inners
