You think the medical centre is to be built on the land near Phase 1, is this where all the landscaping was being done, near the pool? Is the landscaping finished now? Also do you have any idea what the land at the side of Phase 3 might be used for if anything (we understood that the pool was originally going to be put there and then plans were changed).
Glad you think the new bar will be very popular, just hope it will be as popular with the spanish locals, then it will be a good mix for everyone. The last time we were over, we got chatting to someone who said that there was a bit of 'us and them', so I really hope the bar will improve relations. Also that the spanish cafe/bar will continue to trade.
