Important news about lifts and also the mobile number for security plus abandoned vehicles( and there are 2 at the moment)
Hello,
That's great, and I hope to be able to furnish signs etc. by end of this week. One more suggestion and this is to do with the fire extinguishers and abandoned cars.
Any suspected abandoned car should be reported to the admin. as quickly as possible, in view that it is a lengthily process to achieve removal by local authorities. Also it would also be a good idea to have operating instructions, in both languages, fixed on to every fire extinguisher.
For your info. Re: Lift (Tyssen) we have requested Tyssen to send us their qualified technician from Madrid to inspect and check not only the faulty lifts in two specific block but all of them within the entire complex. In principle they have agreed to do this however they have not yet furnished us with a specific date, keep you posted on any progress.
AGM Minutes. are currently being translated and should be ready by this Friday, problem here is that Gerardo Caballero (President) is currently on holiday and will not be back to sign them until September (we could send them out with just the Administrators signature but on this occasion we prefer his as this would bind him to fulfill the agreements made on all points at the AGM).
I have instructed security to take action on the points mentioned at our meeting. I have advised to act whenever an owner reports a problem that concerns security and this includes asking any "intruder" to identify him/herself and if they are not renting and/or owners within the complex they should ensure that they leave the premises at once, failure to do so they have been advise to call in the local police. It is essential that owners contact them directly on the number provided which is 627423648 (a reminder to all owners of this service plus contact number).
Rubbish collection. My last communication with the Town Hall representative, Elena Marquez, she is perfectly aware of the situation and has indicated that rubbish collection will improve in future (I will believe it when I see it) so what we have done is arranged for this to be done on a provisional basis until the Town Hall get their act together. We feel this is necessary especially at this time of year as it could result in attracting rodents and other unwelcome insects.
That's all for the moment, needless to say I will brief you on any updates
