Can you get a Spanish 'Buy To Let' Mortgage???

Has anybody seen or heard anything recently regarding completion of apartments in Block 18. We were originally told July 07, but that has come and gone. Perhaps somebody in Duquesa at the moment might be willing to have a look.  Any info appreciated.

We are Block 15 in Phase 3 and have been advised that completion is likely to be early spring.

However, the latest update is that the developer has the "certificate of end of works" and has applied for the first occupation license from the Town Hall which could take some time.

I don't  know how long the whole process takes before we can actually complete so I'm still expecting early spring.
