At the AGM is was reported that the developer still accounts for 60% of the properties. So a lot of empty apartments.

Hi Michael, I thought that may be the case.  Can you give any useful information regarding the outcome of the AGM  I have been following fellow "villagers" comments re the agenda with interest.  Thanks for any information you can post.

Does anybody know how many of that 60% still owned by RYF are sales in the pipeline?, i.e. how many apartments are still actually for sale? It's concerning to think that many apartments on the development might be lying vacant after completion.

Hi Mimmie,

Yes you have neighbours it's us!  Sandra and Patrick Boland.  We completed in March and have been a couple of times to get everything in place. We are about to go over again on Wednesday (can't wait). We have only ever seen one other car in the car park  of block 11but not actually ever met anyone. For the time being we are trying to put a positive slant on the fact that the other apartments are not occupied because it's so quiet and you can speak freely on the terrace   without the feeling that someone is listening etc. However going forward we realise that  we need to get the place filled up before we all experience the problems that  will come from a developement  that is largly being run by the developer! The people that we have met from other 'blocks' are lovely and we already consider them to be friends. So I will send you a private message to tell you which apartment is ours and dates that we are going over and maybe we can meet up.
