Has anyone viewed their apartment recently or even this year. I am being told by my solicitor that the developers will only allow us to view the show flat and grounds when we are out in September.

I spoke with solicitor this week about viewing in September he told me that he had spoken to the developer and we can go and inspect any day, just ask for Paco at the sales office Mon - Fri 10 - 2pm and 4 - 7pm.

paco took me around in june but he wouldn't let me into my own apartment. he said he only had access to the showflat and anywhere else within the grounds is ok.
he wouldn't let me film until we got right into the sight where nobody could see. he said it wasn't allowed.

Peps, this is what we are being told by our solicitor. We have now instructed him to book an appointment. Sounds like you may have been given a bum steer Laurdan.
Are they trying to make it as difficult as possible so people pull out?

mmmm.... this could be about right. I will contact sols today and confirm that I will be able to gain access into the apartment I shall hopefully purchase someday. It does my head in; it's like dealing with children. It is not unreasonable to ask to see the apartment, is it??

My solicitor has had no joy today.
However..................................he has been told that the developers will start to arrange appointments in a month or so, ready for completion.
