Has any one got the feeling that Gomendio are being very obstructive (and couldn't really give a stuff) when it comes to after sales service, getting snags sorted out is proving VERY difficult. They will not arrange for jobs to be done whilst we are out there for a week or so. I am not talking about little jobs but about things like leaking toilets (after flushing) and leaking shower screens and poorly fitted tiles.
If I had known that Gomendios attitude to their customers was as bad as this I would have seriously thought twice about buying from them. It really sucks.
There does not seem to be any way of exerting any pressure on 'Aftersales' Once they after your money, they just can't be bothered, lets build some more and get some other mugs to part with their hard earned cash.
Buyers Beware, perhaps a word to the sales department from future buyers about the poor aftersales care, and finish quality of the build, may result in some positive action from a very arrogant and unhelpful aftersales team. Agents are no better they take the commission and run.
Perhaps the office of Gomendio would see more 'Happy' faces if they actually got off there backsides and did something about peeps problems.
