             I have promised my kids that we will have a barbeque on christmas day so come rain or shine that is what we will do (luckily we have an umbrella on our terrace but hopefully we will not need it) Hope to meet you out there

                                   We are going home on late flight boxing day so hopefully we might get a chance to meet you, otherwise I am sure we will meet up next year. It is a good point that Irene brought up and I am sorry that I did not think of it and I hope I have not caused you concern over your properties.
