any one know about moto cross in spain

does anyone know which satellite is used in the balsicas area - in uk it is astra 19.2 and i am wondering if it is astra 28.2 in spain? i have a pre-programmed receiver and want to know if will work out there.

is the community satellite dish operational. i know taray were offering a system through micromesh and using the community dish. i was wondering if my receiver will work through it or would i need to put up a separate dish?

Have you found anything out about the satellite receiver.  We are the same as you, have a pre-programmed receiver and wondering if we can install out there.  My parents have just returned from the house and have heard that Taray are not going to install the community arial on our section (No. 5 Sanchez Lozano)!!!.

We are going out for christmas and new year and I'm hopefully going to install it myself.

I tried my receiver but my dish is not yet turned on. i was told that the semi detached houses have their communal aerial operating  may be wrong i am out again in january and will try it then. it is programmed to select any satellite so if the dish is operational it should work. There were some problrms with people getting dishes in - kept blowing power in the street.

I noticed that the box under the front living room window is where the engineer seems to connect the satellite leads to a splitter for each of the rooms  that may be why my system did not work I am coming out in december and will being a splitter with me to try it out

Thanks for the info.  Let us know how you get on - we're out on the 19th December and I hope to get ours set up, especially for the kids!  What date are you out?
