Is anyone else concerned about the 'hairdressers' who are advertising their 'business' in the local free newspapers?  This business seems only to be directed to male clie nts who always leave with no evidence of any hair cutting having taken place??

The advert is placed each Tuesday giving directions to El Rincon and as a result the stream of clients begins.  I have many concerns about this, but the main one is the safety of any children or indeed other guests staying at El Rincon who may be at risk with these 'clients' wandering around when they are unsure where the apartment is.

They arrive at the security gate and then telephone the apartment who then allow them to open the gate to enter the complex. 

Due to the current debate concerning 'rules over towels' (of which there are many drying on the hairdressers balcony) .

I do think there should be some rules in place to prevent this sort of activity, which I believe is a very serious issue.

Which free paper is this ad in? I too would be worried if I were you!!

The apartment next door but one to us was inhabited by the roundabout ladies and believe you me, the 'noise' and comings and goings were horrendous!!  Eventually, they were asked to leave, but not until considerable hassel was suffered by us.

Since I posted this I have looked in the last 2 weeks free papres and although there are two 'iffy' hairdressers and 1 massage at the same phone number .....and at Orihuela Costa, there is no mention of El Rincon.........................perhaps it's in another paper?

If you are woried, you need to see your Presidente, but I don't suppose you've got one yet. There is always the Guardia or the Town Hall you could report the comings and goings to.

The President is called Kerry, and lives ground floor block 15.

He is a really helpful guy, and I am sure he will look into this for us.The sooner it is reported the earlier any potential problem can be sorted out.

I have met Kerry and I agree he is a really nice guy.  I do know for certain that Kerry is fully aware of this problem and indeed has been for several months.

I can only emphasise again how serious I think this problem is and the sooner it is dealt with the better.  I would therefore suggest that as many people as possible should contact Kerry and recommend a plan of action to move the"Hairdressers"  and their "customers" out of El Rincon and away from our family and friends as soon as possible.

Hi, I don't live there, but opposite.  If the apartment is rented via an agent.......go to them without delay.....OR your Presidente  ( or your administrater ) must have the owner's address, contact them straight away.

If it is the owner, I think you will find that in your deeds, it says something about the apartment NOT being used for business..............if this is so then you can stop it immediately.

If this has been going on for some months, then it really needs seeing to, if only because of your security.

While you are e mailing him, tell him about Eye on Spain, then he can see how worried you all are about the problem.

Just looked in the Costa Blanca News and seen adverts for massages.......................new place.....opposite Lidl!!!!

There was a web site which I looked at and there was 'Shirley' ( her name was in the paper ) posing with little on on a balcony at El Rincon!!!

I think you have a bigger problem than you thought !!!!
