At the moment this topic is mainly a way to attract as much attention as possible. The developer wants to take the community and called for an extraordinary meetng. He still holds a lot of votes (unknown how many) so he is allowed to call such a meeting (minimum required is 25%).
His sole agenda point was: pay me the money the community owns me for maintenance, cleaning, etc in september. He called for a meeting at two days notice so that he would always have the majority vote and could pay himself. The president and I so far refused to pay him as there were hardly any apartments completed in september so he reverted to this trick.
We (president, administrator and I) refused to call this meeting at such short notice and proposed nov. 8th to get as many people involved. The promotor insisted on hir right to do it on short notice so the administrator was instructed to write a lengthy, very legal letter stating that according to court decisions etc we are allowed this small delay.
The promoter replied with a second proposal for this meeting: a change of administration office as they are clearly not working in his interests but in ours.
I would propose discussing all this in the 'Community matters!' thread. I will repeat this post there.
