Pete and I are out there Monday 5th Nov till Friday 9th. Not sure of our plans yet apart from the Notary on the Tuesday morning. It would be lovely to meet up somewhere and when the other half gets back from the 19th hole this afternoon I will come back to you. We are staying in Lo Pagan.

Hi davina Ian and Heather here, we are on 13 25 we have no plans to go out till everything is complete it is looking like it wont be till after xmas now, which will suit me as i am an industrial angineer and a lot of work is coming my way. Unusual for this time of year but you have to earn it when you can.

I notice you come from maidstone so do we , we live very near to allington (top of poplar grove) it would be very nice to chat with you when you return esp as we havnt been there for over a yr.

Small world , we are from Grove Green, 1 mile out of Maidstone and  I'm sure I know your road. When we first got involved, the plan was buy a small apartment in the UK and spend most of our time in Spain. During the last 2 years my mother has gone into a care home and now we are not sure what to do. I can't leave her.

When we come out we are thinking obout investigating some sort of long term let. At least the property will (hopefully) be looked after, the other options are to sell it on (NO) or get a property company to look after it.

we are not going out there to live either, have bought as an investment it would be a bad time to sell as there is a property slump (dont panic ) and i also think when it is properly finished with the golf course complete it will be fantastic.

I will be looking to rent as well I dont quite know how i will go about it yet either long term or short term there are fors and againsts for both.

I'm afraid our flight leaves at 3.30 so with the check in time it will be tight and you will need a few days to sort yourselves out. We'll catch up at Christmas if all goes well.

Just read your post reguarding completion, the bank I got the morgage from tells me that 13.27 will be ready in november, dont know if elect and water will be on by then but adriana can sort that out after all thats what you and I pay her for!!
