Looking for advice/recommendations

Hi,

My in-laws are buying in Phase 4, and were initially advised that completion would be in Jan 2007.  Clearly we are now almost 12 months further on, and they are still not in.  In the last 12 months they have spent £000's in travelling to Benalmadena, and instead of staying in their apartment they have had to pay to stay in alternative accomodation.

Has anyone looked into the issue of compensation for late completion?  Is there a legal precedent?  Is there  a procedure to follow?

You need to a discussion with your Spanish lawyer and he will tell you what to do. I would not discuss publicly on this forum as the developper too has access to it. You wouldn't want to display your cards in the open in an Poker game, would you?
