Still no replies & with tomorrow being a Bank holiday, I am not holding my breath.

I have asked Luis Marques of Seasun to raise both the issue of damp & non response to emails with KM at his meeting next week.

I believe that Luis is on our side and is the voice of the non-spanish speaking community ,the fluent Spanish speakers can look after themselves .We need his help to understand the culture and procedures ,so lets not alienate him and we should make him our friend.If he comes up trumps give him the praise he deserves.and retain his company .
We have the problem of communication and it frustrates,.

I guess you must have..There is an internet cafe near the Hotel Mexico,I always keep up to date when I am in Al Andalus Thalassa .
I have been informed that the bicycles that belong to our apartment have been exposed to the elements,does any-one have any information ,the security have given us a description and apparently it is on camera..

Does anyone have any idea how many appartments are suffering from damp?

Very minor snags when I completed in October but David Baxter noticed a small patch of damp when I was there in

December and he's keeping me updated ( thanks Dave).  It's my appartment the photos are of and its spread and got much worse since then. I've had no reply from Keymare and am starting to get quite worried.

No idea exactly how many but it is a significant number if not all. We had damp on the ceiling and various walls and like many others, I've emailed Keymare and called them on numerous occasions only to be told, on the few occasions I got through to speak to Gema et al, that they would reply shortly and it was in hand. I'll be taking this up again when i'm back over in Feb big time and will be enlisting the solicitors too if necessary.

hi, i spoke to petra/gema today and they said no1 was worried about damp or water heating issues - when I told them why I was asking ie from the hearing from many other people they denied it again! THEIR reason was "nobody as been into our offices"to complain --- they ignore calls + emails as I am supposed to complete at the moment and have raised my concerns over the apartment. In their opinion theres no damp and 50litres for 4 people is enough. If you dont agree people need to go in and demand answers. crg

Don't we need to request (or get our solicitors to request) an official complaints form to present to the town hall?
