We would like to take the opportunity to thank Susana & Trevor for the help that they gave us when we completed on our apartment.They made a difficult time easy. I would therefore recommend them for ,cleaning ,key holding ,meeting and greeting friends and family.We have also requested that they routinely check our apartment. They collected our keys from our architect, who conducted the snagging ,arranged for mozzie nets to be fitted through-out before we arrived,cleaned and unpacked the furniture and met us on arrival.

Likewise, I would have to support Dave Baxter & the work that he did for us.

Dave offered lots of useful advice & local knowledge, given that he & Anita have been in residence on Al Andalus Hills for over a year.

Dave's work was efficient, clean & tidy. It was also very reasonably priced.

Dave & Anita also offer keyholding services & weekly inspection of your property is included in the fee for this.

I know that Dave has had many positive posts on this forum but if you can't find his details, PM me & I will provide his email & mobile for you.
