Electrical goods guarantees

In fairness if you log onto Arenal Golf website things are moving very quickly in respect of the amount of works being completed and the amount of builders on site. This number seems to be increasing on a daily basis.

The Bantam AKA Ken and Jenny does a fantastic daily report of works being completed. I am the same as you guys being pessimistic about dates but after being there 2 weeks ago i can see light at the end of the tunnel.

can someone tell me if elextrical goods in spain come with a first year garentee if so  then what is our postion regarding apartment kitchens  as the white good are now a year old regardless of the fact they have not been used as when i had my first viewing on 18 nov 2006 all the goods were in

Electrical equipment does have a first year guarantee which comes into force once you have completed on your apartment. Recently a client of mine had a problem with his fridge/freezer, i faxed over a copy of his completion date to the manufacturer, and he was given a new unit.
