Driving to our new home

Just discovered this brill site! We last visited Roda in late Aug ( was supposed to be completing but as you all know...) and it was looking absolutely great, we are now due to complete on 2 bed apart on P1 in Dec and since reading thro the message board realise there may be a few more hitches that we didn't expect - lights for starters!!                                                                                                                        Has anyone yet completed on their property & if so what is the situation with the Downlighters?? Are Roda simply providing the holes & wiring - if this is the case then has anyone had lights installed? and if so would you please post details of where purchased and any probs with installing them.

My friend completed 3 months ago on La Torre in Mucia (polaris world),  the situation with the lights is common practice.  He bought is futniture package off polaris and they installed all the lights with the package he bought.  All furniture companies offer this service.
