Hi All,

We have bought a property on La Tercia Real the development opposite United Golf Resort. Which isn't due to be completed until Dec 2008. Therefore if any one would be interested in renting their property out to us in June 2008 ( thats if yours are complete) We would be really interested to hear from you. We have 2 children so would really want atleast three bedrooms. And want it to be a holiday  as will as an expection trip at the same time.

So if possible could you give us a price and availability.

My name is Sandra Blakey and we have a 3 bedroom penthouse which we are completing on in a month or so.  Its all very exciting out there - we just returned last week from 2 weeks (we have another apartment at Roda Golf which is a fantastic base whilst UGR La Tercia and La TErcia Real are completing.  Sadly at La Tercia Real only the groundworks appear to have been started as I believe they are still having problems with the actual licence to start to build although the planning permission is in place.

I would be happy to send you details of both apartments and photos (at the moment our United apartment is not furnished as we have not completed, but I can send you photos of the our Roda apartment which is available for rental also but it is a ground floor, 2 bed, 2 bathroom overlooking the pool.
