Update on Phase 4 - 22nd october.

Have just returned from Spain. Site is beginning to take shape. Phase 2 and 3 building is completed but still has areas around to be completed. There is a finished school in Phase 2 and the Private hospital Xanit is now open with a cafeteria and also a taxi rank outside - this is about 100 yards from Phase 4. Also a bus stop is almost same place - 100 yards away- Line 3 Orange Route that goes down to Coast and up to the Pueblo. Other bus routes on top road by Sales office.  You can get to Phase 4 as far as the road between Phases 3 and 4 but it is fenced off. Managed to get to see most of Block 11 which I am buying in and have posted some photos for you to see but have more to post later. They are all in the area between Phase 3 and 4 just  to give you an idea of how it is going. Block 11 has kitchens tiled, units in but no appliances, although they are all in boxes waiting to be installed.  Golf course looking great between Blocks 1,2,3,4, and 11 - the rest is still to be grassed. Building work still going on on 10,9 and 8. Could not get to see the rest5,6 and 7 due to security.  Found Sales Office staff very unhelpful, not bothered - and we bought direct from Arenal 2000.  Will try to think of anything else but let me know if I can help regarding the area as I used to live there for some years.  Best regards.

We are also purcgasing in Block 11. Did they allow you to look around your apartment. If so did you have to make an appointment? We are going out there this evening for 4  days just to see the progress.

I know what you mean about the sales office, I tried emailing them phoning them and never get any replies to my questions. Have you see a map of the golf course? i would like to know which holes are on which phase.

Nice photos are the golf holes as small as they look,too me its like a pitch and putt course rather than a par 3 course.

Yes, golf course is pretty much the same as it looks in the photos, I wouldn't say it is very big. Still lots of it to be turfed- between Phase 2 and 3 hasn't been started yet. though the ground has been shaped ready. Really can't see when it will be ready to play on.  Also couldn't see where the gym will be, the large glass building by the hospital looks like it will be the commercial centre. Have other photos but didn't want to bore everyone with Block 11 and surroundings!

hi all,I am at arenal at the moment.they have no licence for a commercial centre yet.they have no plans of the golf course showing its layout or where the holes will be.worst of all for and anyone else in blocks 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 if you thought you was going to have views of lakes and water features from your terrace forget it.they are not making these now in the top half,which has really annoyed us as we specifically purchased this apartment for views of the water fearures. it is now all going to be grassed.I know we paid a premium for this view. we feel cheated.arenal are the most awkward bunch I have ever dealt with.they cannot tell you anything and they don't want to tell you anything.
