To be fair to Anderson Reed! Do you mean the one in Bedford or the other(s) in a different location? You have to ask yourself what was the rationale behind closing down AH at 15 High Street, Bedford, and re-opening a new Estate Agency business in the same premises under the name Anderson Reed Ask yourself why. There seems to be some confusion/dispute regarding the Bedford premises connection with this company, from what I read in the Bedfordshire on Sunday article. The "original" company are allegedly saying that they have/had NO connection with the company of the same name in Bedford!! I think that both companies are still on the register at Companies House AT THE BEDFORD ADDRESS. I know nothing about company law, but if one company closes and a new one opens in the same premises doing exactly the same type of business as the first one, AND the two have at least one director in common, then I smell a furry rodent. If the first company are in debt, then I don't think that the new company have any liability for their debts. A handy way to avoid settling your debts and presumably starting with a clean sheet , I would say.
As for the director you refer to. If it is the person I think it is, the address is freely available on another Forum where Alexander Homes/Estates have been and remain a continuous topic of discussion.
