I have recently purchased an apartment in Jardines del Mar 111 which is due to be completed in Aug 08. This is intended to be an investment and was planning to sell on completion.
A spanish property advisor informed my that there are still problems with the planning for the airport and golf courses.. Is this person winding me up how true is what he says?
I am a bit worried that if there are any delays then this may hinder any chance of a quick sale.
Any advice and information would be greatly appreciated.
