was wondering could any of you help me, my partner and i were thinking of selling our 1 bed apartment in porto fino before completion but i'm unsure how this works have any of you lot done this or could you advise me please. its expected to not complete till june i think but handover not till sept.

I really think it will be difficult to sell off plan especially as the development is not fully sold...... I was speaking to a Sales agent this morning in Spain and nothing is moving at the moment.....

The developers in Portofino are taking urgenty action for those who cannot meet the mortgage requirements to the extent of organisation loans for them payable direct to the developer.....!!! if i hear anything else i will inform the site
