QUESTION FOR MARIA - OR LAWBIRD

I have recently been back out to Princess Park and noticed that one of the roof tiles had come off and slid down onto the patio and smashed, luckily it fell on the terrace and not the path or road.  Our apartment is in an elevated position and from the terrace we can see that several roof tiles have come off other blocks aswell. 

There are 2 problems with this:

1.  Can the occasional torrential rain get in?

2.  Some roof tiles have fallen onto lower roofs and are sitting loose, if the wind gets up it is likely that further tiles will come off and the already loose tiles are likely to move.  There is a real risk that these tiles could fall onto somebody!

It appears that the roof tiles are another example of the poor workmanship of the developers.  I am still wondering where the high specification apartment is that we were promised!

Another area that jointly we need to take to P60 etc. 

I am of the understanding that most apartments like ours have a concrete roof which in itself will keep out the weather.  These tiles are bedded (badly in this case) on top of the concrete for aesthetic purposes only.  I may be wrong (it has been known!).  These certainly need checking out but the word form P60 is that they are stuggling to collect overdue management fees and there is little in the kitty for on-going management let alone "extra" repairs / improvements  The main gates and front bin area spring to mind.
