sometimes its not the message so much as the way it is portrayed. I agree with many of the concerns you share and despite this find you to be annoying in your manner.
I agree with darren, if you want to do nothing more than rub people's noses in things then you have suceeded in doing so. You can now be dismissed
As for your comment about people being worried about posting their experiences; tell them to e-mail me if they exist and I will be very glad to hear their experiences without any criticism
To everyone else stick to your own choices; its your right and you should not be swayed by others. Just ensure you cover yourself as much as possible either way

Hope people won't forget, for some it could ruin them financially the way the market is at present and not only on this development. The exchange rate, increase in mortgage rates, price drops on premises. The list goes on.

Rubbing peoples noses in it, what is there to rub their nose in. To many, they claim that this maybe development is perfect, despite them not having anything to show except a dream at present.
Why should people who PM me, have to email their comments to yourself?
Aren't people allowed to express themselves in PMs to others, without informing yourself?
Wonder why they request that I do not divulge their identity?
Everyone else, "stick to your own choices", do not be swayed by others giving their opinion which they to be consider common sense.
Please don't bring my attention to people's rights. It is the right of a purchaser when they pay for goods, they get the goods!!!

To malc, sorry you find my comments boring, but I would not expect all to agree. Often many find serious matters boring, which is why we all have the same opportunities, as when young, bur some leave school with no better brain when they started. They just found education and facts boring.
To tonyb, rest assured, there is not a possible chance that you could be my neighbour anywhere in the world. There is one obvious reason.
The "i,m definetly pulling out" claim, please don't make me laugh too much. It is a bold statement, but takes much of your money to pull out.

As for going on about the same thing, isn't saying how wonderful it will be, repeatedly, the same thing?
Which is fact and which is still a dream (a costly dream that is)?
At least if you repeat boring information which gives warning and only one persons thinks twice, before parting with money, isn't that worthwhile?
Many think that anti smoking adverts are boring, but it is claimed they save lives, so they repeat them.

malcolm and linda, thanks. I just feel with all the sales talk that buyers receive when viewing, a bit of advice to be cautious may not really be liked, but would be worthwhile considering.

Is there a minimum cash surplus which one should have before they would be allowed to join this select gathering?
Taking risks, well my boy, I certainly have and can now look back after numerous property deals and think Thank God it was then and not now, with the state on the markets, both financial and property.
Now a general question to those in the know, but often overlook replying to questions.
Is the proposed floet of SJ stil to proceed this year?

Why are you so adament on posting your thoughs specifically on this forum and not others covering this urbanisation, which you obviously know exist, surely the preaching of ALM is worthy of their attention is it not ??

I read your inference darren and have sent ALM such an invitation by PM if he/ she has factual information that they would wish to share. If there is such information (which I have seen no evidence of) then I would be more than happy for owners to know so they could make their own judgement. I would suggest that if there was such factual evidence that ALM would want to share to protect others as they claim. I have not had a response.
I have started to blog my dealings with San jose to recover our monies for anyone who is interested in the process / outcome and what they can learn about it for their own dealings. So far so good and this may infact be reassurance to those who are becoming more worried about their own investments
If you are not a member of any other forum and would like an e-mailed copy then send me a PM and I will respond.
In response to your question ALM then I will answer it. The answer is that I do not know. Much the same as yourself and in that situation we are the same. We are therefore all quite entitled to our different opnions with entire justification. The fact that I am trying to retrieve my monies perhaps suggests that I am not willing to wait but I have full respect and understanding for those that are waiting and will try my best to continue to help in whatever way I can.

Why do I post on this forum, why shouldn't I. Why don't I post on other forums regurding this development. Feed me the website links and I may take a look, but why should I search out websites when there is this one.
The preaching of ALM being worthy of their attention? - Is it preaching, or not stating an opinion which others do.
Sorry that my thoughts don't fall in line with yours, there again why should they?
Do I have an aim to disrupt this forum by giving my opinions, I think not and so do many others who have contacted me, as they have similar opinions.
"personal reasons" - well I for one am not looking to make a few Euros from any type of business I can generate on this development. Do you know of anyone who has and may want or need to safeguard their intersts?
I am still waiting for the replies to my questions, from the one so close to the developer. Never know, we may all learn from the replies.
Please also note that there is a contributor who gets offended by typing errors, spelling and maybe grammatical errors, so be warned, there could be complaints.
Anna, you do it whichever way you wish and let others to get on with the way they choose. That is the easiest. I have not contacted you or responded to your PM, despite you saying something about you agree with some of my opinions (so sorry if that was mis-read).

Got no problem with you repeating my PM (even though if it is for mischevious purpose) I would openely say that I agree with some of your comments and did invite you to offer any factual information if it was of any benefit to owners. I agree with many of your concerns but not necessarily the way you communicate them. Still at least this puts me in the clear that I would some way try to upset fellow owners by posting under some alternative name as perhaps implied. (still I can add it to the shot jfk, abducted by aliens and other such stupid conspiracy theories!!

If a mass murderer kills someone but if friendly prior to the killing, is that acceptable?
If a crooked agent/developer is friendly and plies you with food and drink before conning you, is that acceptable?
Obviously saying it as it is and as seen isn't acceptable?
Why would commenting on your PM be for "mischevious purpose" - Do you have a complex or guilt?
Why would I wish to be mischevious about you when I don't know a single thing about you?
You either feel very special or very much above your station. Please do not accuse me of having mischevious purpose regarding yourself or anyone else.
Many have said that you should only state on here fact, therefore, why do contributors claim that I comment under different names, have no interest in the development, will be seen down the workies, am commenting, possibly with mischevious purpose, when they know nothing of me. So say whatever you want regading my comments and observations, but facts only please.
Anna, I hope that the person who sent me a PM earlier regarding funding has now contacted you, as I have done as you requested, therefore, have not responded myself. Such is the power you have, I would not wish to offer information which may be considered by some as lacking in evidence.

Dear All apart from ALM!
Sorry if I am repeating anything in this or other treads but I want to put some positive news forward.
I have just this moment come off the phone with Pilar at San Jose, she tells me that the land that they had to purchase for the development has been registered with the land registry and that the licences for R4,7,10,14,15,16,17,18,19 and 20 are due iminently.
I very much believe her and see no reason not to, I queried the bank gauarentee and she has confirmed that this is tied in with the licence and I will only be charged for this from that date not when I put the deposit down (so I have saved some money!)
I discussed dates and R10 will not be ready until probably mid 2009 and that she will agree a compensation package with me when the licences have been granted and a firm(ish) date has been set for completion.
I see no reason not to believe San Jose, I'm just a humble purchaser in the UK and nothing to do with any agents, etc in Spain
Lets all be positive and have a bit of that British paitence
