The third Communal Swimming Pool is well under way.

Various Green areas (Zona Verdi) are taking shape.

Some of the Ladies organised a tabletop sale to raise funds to help with the Veterinary Expenses of people who have 'adopted'  various stray animals around the urbanisation.

There is a newsletter produced at intervals for the residents. If you want a copy PM me and I'll pass details on to the editor.

 I am moving to Las Kalendas from Leeds (soon I hope!) can you give me any feel for the place, I know it is a small urbanisation, out of the way of the  Billy Brit Costas!  Sorry if I offend with last statement.  Its me plus wife and (moped mad sulky son 19).

Perhaps if you pm me with your address on site I'll take some of your location.

I'm sorry for you that you were not in Las Kalendas for a long time but why don't you ask your neighbours to make pictures?

Did the storms you had lately have effect on Las Kalendas?

The more exposed properties had a fair battering.

Roof tiles dislodged, Solar water heaters damaged, fences blown down and a wall damaged.

Garden furniture relocated if it was not anchored down.

Some of the road side trees are now growing at near horizontal!

As far as I can see your villa escaped OK, it is fairly well sheltered by the property above.

Blimey. Sounds a bit hairy

How mine was built Dennis i doubt it will still be there.

Good evening, We are about to purchase on Las Kalendas to just want to say hi.  All being well with the Contract and Legals, we are hoping to have the keys by mid March and are really looking forward to our holiday home in that beautiful part of Spain and meeting fellow residents.  We have purchased Plot 14  a Jazmin.
