Community fee

We bought in Block 15 about a year ago and were told at the time that completion would be in the seconf half of 2009. We are going out there in early May and hope to get an update, photos etc then. In the mean time has anybody got any views on completion of the Penthouses?

We bought in Block 16, Sept 07 and were told early 2009 for completion. We're going out next week to see how things are looking and get an update. I reckon Feb 09 but it could be even earlier.

We;ve purchased a penthouse in block 11. We were told recently by Polaris that completion would be around the end of this year as they are ahead of schedule. Would really appreciate photo's etc if anyone is going over as we can't visit for sometime !

We have brought a 1st floor in block 16 also (near midge and his 11 children !)  - and are going over in June for the week will report back then.

My undertstanding is the Penthouses were running around 2 months ahead of schedule - there are some a few pictures of the petnthouses on the site below - pictures 74/75/76 show the curve of the block overlooking the golf course.

We too have purchased a penthouse in block 11.  I have heard that they are running 2 months ahead of schedule.  We are going out in September and judging by this they will be ready in October.
