I have an old price list and when I was choosing my apartment  was of the belief that people were paying more for 'pool views'?  Surely if this was the case then it is a material and unlawful change??  Not sure but I think some lawyers need to be involved.  Kev who replied earlier on this thread says he specifically chose the plot in order that he could keep an eye on his kids in the pool from his patio area - what a hellish blow for him.  I bet 90% of people based their decision on which plot to select on the proximity of pools.  They are taking us for mugs on this one I'm sure. And spoiling the appearance of the whole project.  Am waiting on their response to the email I sent customer services last night.
