I can`t believe your post was not answered by anyone. Just going through all the old ones...anyway the Donde Ayer bar serves great steaks Mon-Sat and a reasonable menu as well. The Arco does burgers and rolls. There is also Rosarios but i think its only a lunchtime venue.
If your adventurous you could try the Plaza bar oposite rthe church. Despite the less than glamorous exterior there is an eating area and it looked very clean when we went in for a drink. There was an menu in Ingles on the wall. Very Spanish bar though which frightens some poor Limeys!
