BANC CAM is BANK CAN'T

Can anyone tell me when IBI bills (payment of Local Council taxes) are due.
I don't know, perhaps some owners in Phase 1 have already already paid theirs?

I'm in Phase 3a, when would mine come due for payment?
Do Roda receive the bills (on our behalf) or are they posted directly to each owner (from the Town Hall) - to each owner's Roda post box, or if non resident to their UK address?

I've made inquiries to Customer services, but they don't seem to know.
