Hi Suzanne,
I am paying a flying visit on Tues/Weds to check progress on our extensive snagging list and to see if it is safe to start moving the furniture in. The Sky dish should hopefully be installed on Weds, ready for our nice new "free television". I am going to try out the new Hotel Don Agustin on Sabinillas seafront. Has anyone else tried it yet?

We are visiting next week and have an appointment with our solicitor to try to find out more about phase 2 completion dates. I will try to get some photos as well of Phase 2 if possible. I recall someone saying previously on another thread that if you arrange it in advance it is possible to see inside your apartment - does anyone know who to contact or have a number? Has anyone in Phase 2 done this before now?

It is possible to see your apartment or it was a couple of months ago ,we went ot the sales office and arranged to go the following day to see our apartment.
The sales office may have moved closer to the site as when we were there in May they where knocking down the one in front of the complex to posittion it closer to th site .
They had moved into what used to be the show house next to the sales office for the time being .

Hi Rod,
We was over there in late March, we had our solicitor make an appointment to view our apartment in phase one, but when we turned up at the said time to meet with a certain Francisco guess what? He was on holiday.
So we let them in sales office know in no uncertain terms we were going to get access to our apartment which we did but it was the day after.
While we were there a couple were viewing apartments in phase two.
So don't be fobbed off Rod.

Hi everyone. Just posting from Sabinillas. It´s great here. Please forgive me if I sound a bit hyper but we are so thrilled with the apartment and are having a great time. Everything really is a walk away from the development, the pool is clean and inviting and the apartment is wonderful. The gardens are lovely, really aromatic in the evening. Clever planting.
Our water went off Sunday and they were round fixing it within an hour of us phoning them.They want us to be happy, and that was reassuring.
The general consensus round here is that this development is a winner, because of the location and the quality of the design and build.
Well, we aren´t going to argue with that.
Great eh?
As I say, forgive my ebullience, but we are very relieved, having actually spent time here now.

it is great to hear you describe the development in such positive terms. Hopefully all who hung in there have made the correct decision. It certainly has great potential and from what you say, it appears to be matching expectations. I am now really hoping that we can close in September and get things up and running. If you can get any sense of when the road might be finished ,please let us all know.

Just had a great meal round the corner and I have a teenager who has insisted in checking her emails on the way home(!!!). So hello again all. They were working on the road today, quite a few workmen and a JCB. I´ve taken photos and obviously, we´ll post them when we get home. But they do seem to be getting on with it. I´ve met some ´´eye-on-spain´´ contributers round the pool today, and very nice they are too. Quite a cut above the rest, of course, as we would expect! Another lovely day. Just keep on everyone, it´s worth it, it really is. Best, Margo.

Hi Margo
Realy pleased to here you are having a great time out there while we are stuck with the rain , so glad to here that you are very happy with the complex as you say it is a realy nice one what with the gardens being so well set out, choice of pools (once they get them up a running )are they still just useing the one at present, plus we have the added bonus of all you need right on your doorstep no taxis here there and everywhere.
We cannot wait to be out there again which will be 13th Sept for two weeks.,
Have just had a mail from my Sol saying that the elusive T/Vs should be here sometime in Sept 08 (will not hold my breath ) as how many time have we heard that .
Enjoy the rest of your stay and hope to meet up with you one day ,
