We are ALONSO & HARO and we do not hide from anyone. We have more than 50 clients from Trampolin Hills and they perfectly understand that this company can not attend them with the urgent as they requested. We perfectly aware about the difficult situation that clients are living and they want to be constantly updated .We really try to do our best and personally I do not think that two weeks without hearing about us it is considering a lack of communication.

We will not represent anyone who through his /her anger against us. We will not accept bad manners or any aggressively coming from any one. We know that you have an important problem but manners can not be lost in any circumstance.

 We can not make miracles just to work day by day in our client cases. We try to give the best of us. You will probably feel sometimes that there is not any one beside you but if you have a solicitor, do not have any doubt that they are trying very hard to get clients out off this.

a lot of things are said and communicated on a discussion board on the internet, in general. A discussionboard is also present so that people can share frustration and problems that they enter into, and we have problems all of us, let ther be no doubt about that, but what we are trying to do here is to find ways out of our misery.

Please not let the frustration of a few destroy your commitment to help others (and then again understand the frustration that is communicated on this discussion board)

I am happy for all good forces that join together in the effort to solve this solution, and again, some stong misfortunate words has and will probably still be entered here.
