I think us buyers is really concerned of WHEN the project will start, not IF.
I cannot imagine that a project of this size with almost all apartments sold can be shut in by the Spanish administration. Sooner or later it will happen, but I think it will be rater later than sooner
I urge the Grupo Trampolin to send out some information, as a best guess, when they THINK the project will be sanctioned/consessioned. It is better now to say that the project seems to be delayed one, two, three, four, whatever months, than going on like this. OK, life is a rollercoaster, but I think I have enjoyed enough for a while. eh-eh
It seems that we are in a deadlock position
1. We cannot sell the apartments. who would like to buy on these conditions?
2. We are months, if not years, away from getting our money back by arbitration (meaning: force the money back from GT) and in addition, i assume that we need to use a lot of time effort and money to get somewhere.
My conclusion is then: I will stick to what I have, and want to play along with Grupo Trampolin.
Different endings to the "drama":
1. The project is stopped, god forbid, and GT will pay back the money (unlikely short term scenario)
2. The project is further delayed for however long.
3. The project goes ahead this summer or automn.
I gamble on number 3
Also it would help us all if AMGA2 let us know the latest status on what is going on, maybe introduce a weekly newsletter on different issues and what are done to deal with them. If there is something we, as buyers can do (like the demonstration, sending mails, letters faxes to put pressure on the decision makers etc.
I have though one relatively urgent question as follows:
What are the chances that the TH project will start before the end of the year?
The reason for asking is that I need to secure more money to pay my mortgages and I need to have an idea when the project will start.

Thankyou for your constructive message you sent previously. We understand that you indeed would like to do what you can to support the situation as do many others and we really do apreciate this. Its at times like this we really see the true strength of our customers and we too would like you to know that we are also doing all possible every second of the day . We also hope that you understand that sometimes we are also without information as I think you realise that as soon as we have something to give as information that we would do so as we understand that knowledge of the situation to our customers is helpful to all.
Therefore this is why we are passing the information to you from Antonio/ head office to say that it would be extremely beneficial for those agents/ customers to present themselves to the council of council of Campos del Rio as we and some of our other customers had done and have advised the others to do the same.They have said that it would prove to be very beneficial. As you know we have done this ourselves on many occasions but we have been advise by some customers that if the E nglish / Irish customers were to present themselves as a whole then this would add to the pressure.
Just to also update you , we have also been advised to ask the agents to send a Buro fax to the council stating the number of customers that are affected in this situation whilst the Mayor is abstaining to vote. This fax would be sent directly for the attention to the mayor to show him exactly who he is affecting
We are everyday thinking of the most effective way to get this solutioned and as you can see we are using all avenues....hope you understand...Thanks for your support

There seems now to be so much information on this discussion board and the reallly constructive ones seems to be drowned in moaning an groaming about how bad things are instead of trying to solve something. For what its worth, I believe in practical actions, i.e. things WE can do to get the train moving instead of asking for information and ask everyone else to contribute with information, I really appreciate those of you that comes with news and recommendations of what to do.

Dont know if this helps but I got someone to read the text next to the e-mail address as they understood it and they said that they were good questions. I also added my own bit to say that I was an English buyer ..and my question is .... (Soy un comprador ingles y mi pregunta es) at the front of the text. I got an answer from the pp email which basically blamed the mayor as they said that it was the Mayor who had to vote. I then sent one to the councils office for the attention of the mayor but im still yet to get a response (what a surprise and very arrogant i think). I do think it would be good though if others did the same as you know the more we get together then we should be more productive i hope.

Thanks OGO for your information, I have just sent all three emails as requested, and I urge you all to do the same ,might be an idea to post when you have sent them so we have some idea of how many have been sent, and as I said before to Amga2 we are your investors, some of us are right behind you,you have an army of investors at your disposal so let lt us know if we can be of any help , our problem is that we are so far away and work committments etc make it very difficult for us to attend a protest at the council. To those of you who are hovering over your key board thinking about sending those emails, your not alone I myself was tempted to do the same and let others send them , but I have done it now and so could you.

Have been genuinely watching silently for about 2 years. I think and it has been a real up and down ride so far. I am very worried that Trampolin Hills will not happen but have no choice at this stage but to stay in the race and hope it happens. I have sent the 3 emails a few minutes ago and will continue to do anything that is recommended by anyone that may make the dream come through.
There has been quite a bit of tension between people lately but what I would say is that the people who have been working away on this site giving us info and encouragement are not the ones bringing it down to a slagging match. So get back in there fighting for what we all want and keep up the good work.

Hello everyone,
We have been given another e-mail address for the council of campos del rio which should work. (please see below) We will definately all be joining you at the keyboards !!!!! this Friday will be two week since the council of campos del rio took 5 minutes to vote on whether to vote (can you believe) for the definite license with the mayor abstaining. We were then told that it would be around 15 days for the next vote. We are still waiting..........we will be continously requesting information from the council until this vote as we can see that you are doing too. We are continuing to do all possible to make sure that the mayor fulfils his obligations !
