We took Huma up on their offer and transferred to MCC (we didn't really have a choice due to not having BG's. We could have spent the next 4 years taking Huma to court with no guarantee of winning whilst running the risk, in these uncertain times, of them going bankrupt). We completed on the 27th of March, and I'm going out for my 3rd holiday next Wednesday. We have no complaints about MCC, but it would not suit everyone (where on the world would?).

We too had no BG but refused to take an alternative property from these sharks. After cancelling in March 07 and getting nowhere, we changed solicitors in Feb this year. All paperwork was presented to the Murcia courts by Easter and we have been told approx 18 month wait for hearing. We obviously hope that Huma dont go bust in the meantime, and its a chance we take. Everyone does what they feel is best. We just dont trust them anymore.

We too took up the offer on MCC and completed on the 4th July for 36-52, and met loads of friendly people, and we came away knowing we made the right decision.
We are going out round about 18th Sept for 2 weeks, if anybody is about would be nice to meet up for a beer.
