Report ilegal business in spain

does anyone know how i can report an illegal business in spain? As in someone who has opened up a business in his garden and is not paying social security or nothing? I remember seeing in the coast rider an article with a annonimus phone number, but cannot find it! HElp please!!

The 'problem' in Spain is that when one makes a denuncia (crime report) one cannot remain anonymous. The person complained of get a copy of it.

What kind of business is being run? Is it causing you a problem, have you tried talking to the person?
