Tend to agree that if you know what you are doing and have experience of buying in Spain, then go direct to vendors
But in reality that is for the dealers!...the con men have not gone away!!!
Most life style buyers need professional advice and just now a good agent can find life style buyers good deals on good locations
There are lots of deals on poor location and poor spec both re sale , ready now and off plan which look great on paper.....but perhaps not so good medium to long term!
Bit the same as in UK, buying via a professional agent in general means you get a good service
Same applies to vendors, a bit of good advice on price and marketing may save a lot of worry!
Best advice for most vendors just now is, if you have no need to sell then wait !!
