Just testing too. Couldn't reply to mosquito thread. Told Justin Error. Thought I'd been chucked off for being naughty.

Hi Agents
Quick question. A friend of mine would like to think about buying in Spain next year but was has a previous bankruptcy about 3 years ago which has now been lifted but still has bad credit because of this. She has a great job £45,000 plus a year and in full employment with a very secure job. Would she be able to buy in Spain or would the bad credit in this country stop her?
Thanks
Tina

Previous bankruptcy would not preclude her from buying in Spain - might rule out some mortgage lenders but not all. depends on overall status and how much she wanted to borrow of course but mortgage is possible - but think this question is posted in the wrong thread no? Please forgive me for posting this in here you guys - you know how I hate to deviate from the topic but the question was asked here so seems only apt that I respond here. Why is is buyers view a property 3 times, decide to proceed, agree the price then when it comes to placing a small reservation fee in their OWN lawyers account as requested by ourselves, suddenly all excuses under the sun, nothing doeing but keeping people hanging for a couple of weeks and then disappear without even the courtesy of answering their phones or bothering to tell us???
It makes us the agnet look bad in front of the sellers eys who think we are leading them along!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bah humbug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
