samson, you are right of course about the average score does not seem to add up, however we are 'almerisol' and the problem with these sort of surveys if you do not get a good response you can not get a fair score, the clients who moaned about us, where the typical ' we want our bums wiped for nothing' clients, they failed to mention that to secure the sale we gave them 10k of our commision as discount and paid for their hotel accomodation when they were over, ye the sales guy did not do his job and got sacked, so at least they should give us some credit for that. never mind can't please everyone eh.

I agree. To be honest i would not really pay much attention to anyone who had less than 10 responses. For example if you look at someone like Viva you get a more acurate picture. Sorry i mentioned your name like that and i did not intentially single you out.

Whoops, averages issue has been sorted. Seems some weren't updated correctly on the final roll up.
I agree with you both, for small numbers of reviews you don't really get a good picture at all. Then there are some highly questionable ones such as Duquesa Estates which got all 5s and if you look at the respondent numbers you will see that they were right after eachother. Hmmm.
The data is only really accurate (if you can call it that) for the larger agents....

Hi Samson, thanks for that, i think we do a good job, but agents are only one step above car dealers and lawyers, so i expect some crap thrown at us sometimes, just par for the course.

Talk about raining on the parade!i was quite pleased with our results untill i started reading the posts that came after,can we please try and make this a client free section as this is the only chance we get any public therapy!
I dont care what anyone says about dodgy scores we know we deseved our marks and it is really what the job is all about.
Would like to hear from agents best experiences with clients as well,one of mine was a an ex boxer and his wife who were very stoney faced as i showed them 3 properties,the first 2 thet hated the third one in the mountains they fell in love with instantly,i stood on the roof terrace with them and when he turned around he had a tear in his eye!"We had found the perfect place something they had been dreaming about for years"
Very corny i know but absolutely true.

Gillespie - i get that rubbish as well, but didnt think I needed it........ 
Well here I came and off I go to a nice lunch at El Cortesin - dressed up in me glad rags, top shoes and the regulatory clutch bag (thats one you put in your hand with no straps, not designated for a car part boys)
So have fun cos I reckon I may just have a teensy weensy one too many and THEN Ill put the hood down on the way back.

I got a tin of Sardinelas cos Mrs Gillespie is reading a book by some quack Dr person about not mixing your Corbowotsits with ya Nutrithinggies. And it´s supposed to stop you passing wind . Hi Gillespie - well had a nice time, usuall stuff but hardly any familiar faces around any more! Luckily was sat at the table with press people two of whom I know quite well, so had a nice chat.
Watching CSI now checking on webstats - am a sad case me!
Ive noticed the last few days less and less posters - maybe peeps going on hols? Or are they abstaining due to lent??
