Hi everyone from Spain,
We are siiting in the sun waiting to head back home after signing. Unfortunately we have had to give our solicitor POA because the habitation certs wont be in until Friday. Never mind our apartment( and the others in garden two) look great.
We have stayed with our friends who live 10 minutes from the resort and in three days we have managed to buy all our furniture(indoors & out), soft furnishings and white goods.We have arranged for all delivered items to turn up on the same day in august(after all the snags are completed) and are friends are going to the apartment to take delivery of them. We have done all this for 4000 euros(obviously this doesn´t iclude fitting of lights, curtain poles etc). Having driven all round the region going to the best shops we now know it would have been a nightmare without our friends and I told them they could offer people a great service. They agreed and if any of you would like to contact them to discuss this PM me and i´ll forward their details to you.
I have some photos of garden 2 and i´ll post them tomorrow when I get home.
