I have just been told by Esther that construction of the golf course has commenced.  I have asked her to confirm whether or not a Licence for this has been received.  I will post her response.  Anyone else heard anything?

Just an update.  Esther replied that they do have the necessary permissions to commence construction of the golf course.  I had also asked about the commercial centre and she replied that they don't yet have a date for commencement of works.  Things are still progressing in the right direction.
