does anyone out there know how things are progressing on jardine 7 naranjos? we were out there in april and it looked like the appartments were painted but did not have the windows fitted. pw phoned me to ask if i wanted to take up the golf life member offer and said we should be completing before the end of the year.
it has been said that the naranjos penthouses are to be completing nov/dec this year.the appartments were a long way ahead of the penthouses so does that mean we will be getting a phone call soon?

We are on Jardines 7 as well and there are various dates being given to us by numerous sources both on the forum and through agents and PW themselves. I have heard that because it's the Penthouses as well as the appartments that things keep changing. One thing that seems certain is that it will be before the end of the year and I suspect around October/November we will be hearing from PW.

The last information I was given last week by the PW people on site, and also by judging the progress that has been made is that the Jardines maybe ready as soon as Sept with the penthouses following on in Nov/Dec time. This is not an official statement from Polaris just general information coming from the sales and snagging workers on site. If we hear anything definite whilst we are there we will let everyone know.

just back from a visit to condado, i was told that the penthouses are going to start being handed over from october onwards but they could not tell which blocks would start getting handed over first, i got to get into one of the penthouses the 2 bedrooms are about 10 by 10ft the sitting room is 10.5 by 16ft from the patio doors to the breakfast bar at the edge of the kitchen, the kitchen is sufficient and the patios are a good size, the only real dissapointment is the bathroom it is tiny.......you would not swing a rat in them never mind a cat,,,,,,with regards to the golf course, jack will be dropping in this coming week and if he is happy with the landscaping then they will start with the grass straight away... the course will be finished this year but will not be playable until near mid 2009

You were obviously very lucky to get into the penthouses for a look around. A couple of questions -
- Are the windows from the main bedroom onto the terrace patio oors or just windows ?
- Did you notice which windows had security blinds on them ?
Not too concerned about the bathroom - as long as it is functional it is the living area that is more important. Anyway, good to hear of the progress !

the bedroom had a door onto the patio and there was was security blinds on everything apart from the kitchen window which is long and narrow

Anyway a query about the bedroom door - my penthouse plans show a sliding patio window on both the lounge and bedroom - are you sure about the bedroom door onto the patio?

yes it was deffinately a door from the bedroom to the patio, i was able to get in by ringing carlos in the office in condado, a very hard man to get hold of, the girl that will answer the phone will always tell you that he is not there so you will have to make up a few lies that will make him want to talk to you and then miraculously he suddenly just arrives back to the office
